We are Cottonwood's premier medical spa with a wide variety of aesthetic service, products and treatments. Master Injector/Owner Tish Arwine, APRN, provides patients with extensive experience, superior qualifications and a personalized approach to aesthetics. Our practice is built on knowledge, professionalism, and honesty with a variety of non-surgical procedures in a luxurious environment. Our mission is to provide skin and body treatments to help women and men restore their youthful glow, reclaim their confidence, and age with grace.
Tish Arwine
APN, FNP-BC
Tish Arwine is a board-certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner Tish began her nursing career in 2002. She has worked in the emergency department in multiple different role for over 20 years.
Tish completed her Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN), her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN), and her Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Most recently, Tish completed her Emergency Nurse Practitioner in December 2020.
Tish also spent over 20 years serving in the AZ Army National Guard as a firefighter and combat medic. She gained a lot of experience during that time in leadership and resiliency.
In 2020 she decided now was the time to marry her medical skills with her artistic talents. In 2020, amidst Covid shut down she opened Beyoutiful Skin and Wellness. Since opening her office she has attended several courses to expand her knowledge and be able to offer more advanced services to her clients.
Her technical skills in performing extensive emergency procedures has helped strengthen her aesthetic craftsmanship. She enjoys the artistic aspect of her career and strives for a very natural look for each of her patients. She focuses on non-surgical, facial rejuvenation to address the common effects of aging. Tish employs multiple modalities to assist her patients achieve a natural and refreshed appearance.
Outside of work Tish is devoted to her family. Their favorite activities include traveling, riding off road vehicles and enjoying their new pool. Tish's absolute favorite treatments are microneedling and neuromodulators. They reverse the signs of aging and a great collagen building powerhouse.

Meghan values inner beauty and aims to enhance her clients' outer beauty while creating a genuinely relaxing spa environment.

Kelley McConnell is the owner of Kelley's Esthetics and Lasers Studio.
Kelley has over 30 years in the medical field and has performed thousands of esthetic procedures for facial and body rejuvenation. She is a certified Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer with Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Radiation Control. Kelley uses the most innovative technology to provide nonsurgical options for antiaging with minimal or no downtime.
