Tish Arwine APN, FNP-BC
Master Injector/Owner Tish Arwine, APRN, provides patients with extensive experience, superior qualifications and a personalized approach to aesthetics and wellness. Our practice is built on knowledge, professionalism, and honesty with a variety of non-surgical procedures in a luxurious environment. Our mission is to provide skin and body treatments to help women and men restore their youthful glow, reclaim their confidence, and age with grace.
Tish Arwine, FNP-BC, ENP-C
Tish Arwine is the founder of Beyoutiful Skin and Wellness. She is a board-certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner who received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Northern Arizona University in 2016. Tish has been in healthcare since 2000, with over 25 years of experience in emergency department roles, giving her a steady, detail-oriented approach to patient care. In 2020, she opened Beyoutiful Skin and Wellness, bringing that same clinical expertise into the world of aesthetics and wellness. Tish also spent over 20 years serving in the AZ Army National Guard as a firefighter and combat medic, where she built a deep foundation in leadership and resilience. She is proactive, detail-oriented, and constantly working to grow her skills.

Meghan is a dedicated and experienced Aesthetician, licensed in AZ since 2005 and serving the Verde Valley community for many years.
With a deep connection to the area, she is passionate about providing professional skincare experiences and specializes in custom facials, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow tinting and lamination, dermaplaning, chemical peels, waxing, and other advanced skincare treatments. Meghan values inner beauty and aims to enhance her clients' outer beauty while creating a genuinely relaxing spa environment.
Having personally dealt with skin conditions in her youth, she is motivated to offer care and healing to others. As a mother of three daughters, Meghan understands the importance of self-care and strives to make each client feel pampered.

Kelley McConnell is the owner of Kelley's Esthetics and Lasers Studio.
Kelley has over 30 years in the medical field and has performed thousands of esthetic procedures for facial and body rejuvenation. She is a certified Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer with Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Radiation Control. Kelley uses the most innovative technology to provide nonsurgical options for antiaging with minimal or no downtime.

I’ve called Arizona home for over 20 years, and I’m a proud mom of three. I graduated from the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics (SWINA) and hold a cosmetic laser license. For the past 7 years, I’ve been the owner of Wild Lilac, where my passion is helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.

I also incorporate gentle energy work, such as Reiki and Gamma energy, to enhance relaxation and support overall balance.
